Delivery Information

britelite hydroponics Postage Information

Please bear with us while we get the courier rates set up in our new store. We are currently updating our products and delivery zones for the new shipping system so some postage rates may not be correct when generated by the shopping cart. We reserve the right to manually adjust the postage amount when we have received your order if it is not correct. We will of course contact you before doing this to check all is ok.

If you provide your mobile number with your delivery details, our courier will text you to advise when your package will arrive with a one hour delivery window.

Most of our products are quite bulky so we send them by Courier. If you are ordering a small item and the postage seems high, get in touch and we'll see what we can can do. Liquids are unfortunately subject to certain restrictions and cannot be sent via Royal Mail, we apologise for that.

We are happy to accept returns within 14 days as per the UK Distance Selling Regulations. Items must be returned sealed/unopened to be eligible for a refund.

We are happy to accept returns on faulty items, once received by us and confirmed to be faulty, we will issue a full refund including your return postage costs.
